If you would like to delete your T-Store account and associated data, you can request deletion at any time using one of the following methods:

1) From the app

1. Open the app → Settings → Account → Delete Account
2. Confirm the request to submit deletion automatically.

2) By email

Send an email from the same email/phone used in the app to:

support@t-store1.com

Email subject: Delete My Account

Required details:

1. Full name
2. Registered phone number
3. Registered email (if available)
4. Reason (optional)

What will be deleted?

1. Account personal data (name, phone, email)
2. Saved addresses
3. Order history
4. Any data linked to your account in the app

Processing time

Deletion requests are typically completed within 3–5 business days.

Data retention

Some transaction/invoice records may be retained for legal or accounting purposes for up to 30 days before permanent deletion.

إذا رغبت بحذف حسابك وبياناتك المرتبطة بتطبيق T-Store، يمكنك تقديم طلب الحذف في أي وقت عبر إحدى الطرق التالية:

1) من داخل التطبيق

1. افتح التطبيق → الإعدادات → الحساب → حذف الحساب
2. أكّد الطلب، وسيتم إرسال طلب الحذف تلقائياً.

2) عبر البريد الإلكتروني

أرسل رسالة من نفس البريد/الرقم المستخدم في التطبيق إلى:

support@t-store1.com

عنوان الرسالة: طلب حذف حسابي

محتوى الرسالة المطلوب:

1. الاسم الكامل
2. رقم الجوال المسجل
3. البريد الإلكتروني المسجل (إن وجد)
4. سبب الحذف (اختياري)

ما الذي سيتم حذفه؟

1. بيانات الحساب الشخصية (الاسم، الهاتف، البريد)
2. العناوين المحفوظة
3. سجل الطلبات
4. أي بيانات مرتبطة بالحساب داخل التطبيق

مدة تنفيذ الطلب

عادة يتم تنفيذ طلب الحذف خلال 3–5 أيام عمل من تاريخ استلام الطلب.

الاحتفاظ ببعض البيانات

قد نحتفظ ببعض بيانات المعاملات/الفواتير عند الحاجة لأسباب قانونية أو محاسبية لمدة تصل إلى 30 يومًا قبل الحذف النهائي.
